Best undergrad genetics program: Berkeley, Cornell, UNC, or UGA?

<p>Please tell me what you know about these schools' molecular genetics programs! I plan to either enter a genetics grad program or med school. I live in Georgia, so UGA is the most economical option. However, I'd rather go out-of-state.</p>
