<p>The cutthroat competition at Wharton is notorious. That would lead me to believe that there is absolutely no grade inflation.</p>

<p>If you are happy with Wharton go with it. You get a great background in finance, good job prospects, and Penn is much easier to get into than Princeton or Harvard. I would say that Princeton and Harvard offer better overall undergraduate educations and are more prestigious (especially since Wharton is primarily seen as an MBA program first and an undergrad program second) but Penn's still one of the top schools in the nation.</p>
