I apologize, I worded that pretty badly.

If my awards are final, as in no schools are willing to budge, I would not be interested in C, even though it is my cheapest option. The other schools are close enough in price and I think I prefer them more.

But not leaps and bounds more. If C ups my offer by a significant amount (and they might, someone told me they will consider it) and A and B don’t, C would actually be in the lead. But sure I will let them compete for me, they claim to want me.

But if I had to choose today, it would probably be B=A, then C. But again all are pretty close and comparable.

With that being said,

But what if it ends up not being my best offer? I’m not going to commit on the spot or say I will go if I get extra money, what if they only up my award by like $500? Thanks, I appreciate it, but that’s not going to make a huge difference in my decision.

I will be candid with them though. I AM having hard time picking out a school, I feel like the schools are fairly comparable and the money is all relatively close and I would probably be happy at all three. But they say they want me, hence they gave me a scholarship in the first place, so why can’t I just see how much they want me?

And like they say, money talks. I plan on going to grad school and undergrad would not have to matter as much in my case.

thanks
