Best way to study?

I just got the "Official Study Guide" Is that a good book to use to study? And also, is studying with another person helpful at all? I've never studied before and I want to get a 2100+ on the SAT so any tips? Same with the subject test and the ACT.

The best way to study is just to keep taking practice tests from the Blue Book and going thoroughly through the questions that you’ve missed. You can use the Blue Book to study from, but many do not as there are many other resources out there that would benefit you in the long run.

For example, many people recommend Gruber’s Math, PwnTheSat: Math, Dr. Chung’s Math, etc as math supplements and they have proved to help.

For critical reading, studying vocab lists can help (Direct Hits, Barron’s Word List).
And Noitaraperp’s How to Attack the SAT Critcal Reading Section has proved to be beneficial as well

For writing, the best way is just to hit up grammar rules or just keep learning from the practice tests.

All in all, take practice tests that are officially written by College Board, see what you do wrong, and if there’s a trend, correct it. If you have trouble with something (grammar rules or vocab), direct your studying towards it.

TLDR; practice tests are your friend

Awesome thanks man! I will defiantly take those practice test!
