Best/Worst Experiences at Community College

^ aww Nicky!!! of course i remember, i wanted to kill that guy!!!
hahahahaha

Stab him in the jugular with a pencil!!! FTW lmao. I can’t believe I still remember when you said that.

I remember I was like, “…but I didn’t have a pencil” :(

hahahaha omg.

and i can’t believe i remember that you said “you only had a pen” :(

great thread

Best: Night classes!
Online classes.

Worst: Incredibly dumbed-down material and people.
Bros and bro hos. Living at home. Seeing everyone I went to high school with every day.

@ jane: Good times. Good times. Wow lol. I can’t believe that was weeks ago, and in a day or so we’ll know back from Berkeley.

We’ve come a long way :).

a long way indeed my friend! :)

best: getting into UCLA…(Cal wasn’t (as) much of a surprise)

worst: not having a “group” to hang out with…just a bunch of randomz from class

Best experience so far:
-Meeting a bunch of new and different people that weren’t from my high school. Even if they weren’t as goal oriented as me. It was/is fun.
-Getting to know some really cool professors on a personal level.

Worst experience so far:
-Dealing with the fact that the primary reason why I was rejected from UCLA was because i got half a question wrong on my calculus 2 final…leaving me with a B in that class.

LOL @ "Best:

 • having the same classmate from previous classes, but still not knowing his/her name
 • having small talk with certain people in your classes, but acting like you don’t know them when you walk by them in public

Hey Nic, you ever take Moya before? LOL

Best: Great professors

Worst: Apathetic students

I’m not gonna lie I think I’ve watched more movies in classes in community college than I ever did at high school.

This just happened on Monday, but I’d have to say the most interesting thing that happened me was when a foot fetishist asked to take pictures of my feet. I was just sitting at Pierce eating my lunch and then this guy came up to me admiring my feet. Yes, go Brahmas.

To be honest, Best: The time my astronomy teacher gave me a jump to restart my car.

Worst: The time Pierce didn’t include my work-in-progress with my transcripts, jeopardizing my admission to CSUN. Not that it matters anymore now, but I was ticked off.

Best: Easy classes and saving money

Worst: No social life (and I mean none), being surrounded by idiots, the girls here are mostly junkies/drunks.

^ I’m truly amazed you had no social life with that type of attitude toward people.

O I have another best experience, buts its more of a fun fact: GOing to the same JC that George Lucas went to haha

Best: Playing College Tennis

Worst: School Parking

ugh School parking was the WORST part for sure

Junior college to me was like a clean cup of filtered water. It was useful but if somebody asks me how that water tastes I can’t really say anything good or bad about it. It’s not disgusting, it’s not delicious, it’s just…water.

hahaha I love it!

Can’t believe I forgot parking. SMC has the worst school parking in the history of school parking.

I’ve heard about SMC’s bad parking lol. We had it pretty bad at elco too before the second parking structure was built.
