Better chance getting into MBA program with another grad degree?

I am currently doing a Masters of comp sci and will be done next year. My question is will I have a better chance getting into an MBA program when they see not only i have 3-5 years work experience but another graduate degree? I am curious how much weight they put that into consideration.

Also another question (without making a new post), I didn't have good GPA for my undergrad year but my GPA for grad is great , will MBA programs consider the undergrad GPA more or the graduate GPA? I would think they see me "evolving" than looking at something years ago.

Thanks!

My 2-cents:

I think it will help. Getting your Masters shows focus and dedication to your career field.

While most GPAs will be better in a Masters program, due to the fact that most Masters programs require a better GPA to stay in. Regardless, having the Masters alone says you have a decent gpa. I hope that makes sense. In short, don't worry about the gpa.

What you need to show is an increasing level of responsibility in your career. It's all nice and fine that you got a Masters and that shows you love your job. However, an MBA is generally something leaders go for and a Master is something SMAs go for, especially in technical fields. So, I would focus my essays on this and try and get a position that shows that you don't want to be the tech grunt, a promotion that wasn't based on your education level or advance degree would be worthwhile.

I see. I definitely want to manage people later on in my career - i am too lazy to learn new coding languages, techs when i am late 30s and on. But since MBA doesn't particular help me learn new technical skills how much will it help for me in getting higher position in technical field? I am also interested in hedge funds as well so maybe I can branch there later.
