My goal is to work in the aerospace industry, and along with my AeroE major, I'd also like to do a minor. I'm going back and forth between physics and computer science. Which one do you think would look better when applying for aero jobs?

Do a minor because you are more interested in it, because at the end of the day, most companies won’t care about it.

What if I did a double major instead…? Then what you would recommend?

Double majoring is even more useless. At least with a CS minor you may show that you have experience in programming and slightly help yourself out for programming-specific aero jobs or with math you may help your own understanding of advanced material. A double major isn’t going to help since you are going to be hired into a job looking for one major, not both. It could even be detrimental if the HR guys get any inkling that you are likely to bolt as soon as you find a job with the other major.
