A girl who smokes anything is out of the running to me. I personally don't see the thrill of filling your lungs with smoke, but if that gets some people happy then I'm not one to judge. Just girls who smoke...are disgusting.

Yes I realize that. I don't like girls who smoke either. I hate cigarette smoke since its cheap and foul smelling. For the last goddamn time, smoking a cigar is not like smoking cigarettes. It is much like sipping some whisky at sunset..relaxing, taking it easy. Best done after a good dinner over a drink and a good chat with company.

I will admit, the line, "You are an ignorant condescending teenager." Got me LOOOOOOOOOOOLING. Only on CC can one teenager bring up age when trying to put down another teenager. It's like the argument between classmates when you are younger, "I'M OLDER SO I KNOW WHATS COOL" when one person is like 5 months older than the other.

Yeah ok maybe next time I should put stress on the ignorant and condescending more. I am glad that I got you "LOOOOOLING".

You didn't have to put stress on either word. To add the "teenager" part if you were gunning for an insult is comical and pretty much negates the ignorant and condescending parts. At least it made me laugh.

No it doesn't negate anything. The fact that those adjectives suit him is quite self evident from his post.

yeah except i'm neither. :[ and i'm not a smoker.

Lets see, the Governator, JFK, Churchill, Twain, Cosby, Nicholson, Babe Ruth, Clinton, Michael Jordan, Kipling, Bruce Willis, Michael Douglas, Orson Welles, Harrison Ford, Stallone, Edison, Travolta, Agassi, Hemingway, and a thousand others like them must be uncouth, unhealthy, lonely, cancer ridden nicotine addicts because they enjoy cigars.

That still doesn't make it healthy. Besides I never said that: I simply expressed the fact that I feel that smoking anything is repulsive and disgusting. Therefore I'm a nonsmoker. And I respect your choice to smoke, so I'm not going to comment.

BTW, my opinions aren't gender-specific: smoking is universally disgusting and repulsive, regardless of whether a man, woman or a monkey is doing it.

Do you have any problems with guys who smoke?

AE cheaper, less tooly cloths. Usually good prices.

Hollister- expensive, cloths are exactly ( 100%) the same as abercrombie ( who owns them), except with a hollister logo.

If you really want to get nice cloths, save your money, go to nemain marcus/ saks/nordstroms, and buy from there. Juicy Couture is a good company, as is Modern Amusement

DONT buy Lacoste.

I love sales. I got a purse from Old Navy once for only $2...and yeah, their shirts (I don't buy their pants) do run big. I usually wear a medium and all my shirts I've bought from them are smalls.

Anyway, I've never shopped at Hollister. I love AE, though. Their favorite jeans fit me perfectly (thank God for 34" inseams...but I'm trying out Delias' pants this weekend in Dallas cause they have 36" inseams) and they have a lot of cute stuff.

The only bad part is everyone in my town bought a lot of their clothes there, so on any given day five or more girls would be wearing the same shirt. That always annoyed the heck out of me, so I try not to buy too many shirts there.

::edit::

Quick question. How many people do you know wear those legging things under mini skirts or long shorts? I've only seen a few folks around here in them, but they are all over magazine adds and junk. What do y'all think of them?

Nothing beats Walmart! :)

I'm a guy, so I don't care if other guys around me are smoking cigars or cigarillos. I do step a bit away if someone lights up a cig (fortunately, almost none of my friends do that). But if it can't be avoided, oh well..A good laundry cycle and a shower can fix that :)

katho: I don't remember about their Tshirts, but I found their sweatshirts and pants to be ridiculously small. For jeans I stick with Levis or Lees from Sears or JC Penney. I honestly don't see the point of shelling out over 40 bucks for AE. I don't find them to be any better fitting than Silvertabs.

AE has good sales. they have cheap tshirts and i think $40 for a good pair of jeans is good.

You can get Levi 505, 550, and 569s for a bit less than that. And they are much more comfortable too. :P

I like AE better and thier jeans actually fit me! I like the style of AE better, as I am jeans and a sweater kind of person. I don't really care so much about their t shirts but that is just me.

But I also agree with HelloKiki that TJ Maxx rocks. I got an AE sweater and peacoat, both under $20. Let me just say the peacoat was wool to!

My best TJ Maxx find has to be the $150 wool skirt I found for $5. It was H by Tommy Hillfiger. I also picked up a $3 cashmere sweater and an $11 Perry Ellis silk/cashmere cardigan at the same store.

So I'm assuming you're okay with girls who smoke, unless you're dating her?

Well, sucks to be me. -_-;

Anyway, you can find lots of AE & Abercrombie stuff at TJ Maxx. Only problem is sizes. I don't wear Abercrombie, but I usually need 00 or 0 for AE pants. I almost never find them within my price range.

Yea what do I care?

i dont like levis. and i like AE jeans better and their clothes look better on me. so even if they're a little more expensive i dont mind paying for it. it's my money i get from my job.
