@TravelMom402 and @RogueMom Here’s what I heard about UMinn/Guthrie… Aaron Todd Douglas is the new Director at Minnesota. He’s coming from Northwestern. Officially starting in the fall, but one would think he’d get things set before that. The NYC showcase has been in the works for a while. ATD will apparently start a Chicago Showcase as well, so UMinn/Guthrie will have three showcases: Minneapolis, NYC and Chicago. This year’s seniors will do showcases in Minnesota and NYC.
Congrats on the Emerson acceptances and sorry (and I hope it wasn’t a dream school) for those who got the “no” letters from them.

Denied at Emerson, but she’s okay with it because she doesn’t love Boston (I know, crazy!). Still no word from PP or Pace FTVC. On the latter, I’m going to assume it’s a “no” by snail mail.
@nyermom Someone posted on here recently that supposedly some students who are being accepted at Pace are not going to be called personally. I don’t have personal confirmation of this, just wanted to share what was posted. Hoping it’s true!
@nyermom Point Park notifies everyone at the same time…if you didn’t receive an email, you should call the school.
@jenniferm1973 I actually called this afternoon and left a message. They did respond by email tonight and it turns out that my daughter used her personal email (and not her highschool email) on the app. I told my D to check that old email. Now if I can only get her to tell me what it said. Trying my best to be casual and subtle. She is surprisingly relaxed about this.
I’m hearing Syracuse does notification on Fridays - anybody have any info on that?
