Anyone know what bfa acting schools allow minors in other things at the school? I have read that it can be done at nyu any place else?

I believe you can do a minor along with a BFA at Central Washington University in Washington state. I remember reading about that on their website, and I think it was in their “FAQ” section in the BFA section of the website.

Actually, it will be rare that any program would not “allow” you to minor. it is your education, you do with it what you want. There are programs where the credit structure makes it more difficult, but I can’t imagine anyone saying that you cannot earn a minor.

You can minor at Central WA University but it’s pretty difficult because the MT degree has so many more credit requirements than other majors.

I am fairly sure you can minor at Pace and both Pace and NYU have a minor through their business schools that is particularly geared towards performers and it’s something like " The Business of Entertainment" I also think Emerson enables a minor. I think the programs where it is least likely to fit into a four year curriculum would be very traditional conservatories like UNCSA, Mason Gross, maybe CMU? If I recall, I do not think DePaul lent itself to a minor.

I believe you might be able to minor at Depaul but, it might add another year.
