So I have an interview tomorrow for BHP with a fairly young alumni, just graduated a couple years ago. I'm excited about it but a little lost haha

Those that have had their interviews, or know about them, etc:
What kind of questions do they ask? And should I be ready to expand on certain topics or do they only ask a set of predetermined questions from top to bottom?

My interviewer explained to me that there is a predetermined list of questions and each interviewer picks a certain number from it. But, depending on the interviewer, some will add in their own questions going off from answers you give. Mine started off by asking me to tell him about myself, which I must admit was kind of hard haha. Other questions were pretty generic: why you’re interested in business, give an example of yourself in a leadership position, what is your favorite book, what are your goals after college, why you’re looking at BHP, what your most significant extracurricular activity is, etc. But, again, I would be ready to expand. If you say something that interests them they may delve more into it with a followup question. Mine felt more like a conversation in some ways. Another tip: just be yourself and be honest. Don’t try and perfect your answers to fit what you’d expect they’d like to hear. I very frankly told my interviewer that my favorite book is and always will be Harry Potter, although I’d like to have told him War and Peace or something of that nature. He actually laughed and agreed with me. Also, keep a copy of the resume you sent them at hand during the interview. The interviewer has a copy, so they may try and casually fact check for consistencies by asking how many hours a week you spend on a certain activity or something like that while they can easily see for themselves. Anyway, best of luck!

^ good tips. I also got tell me one time you’ve taken initiative, and tell me one time you’ve worked in a group to achieve a common goal. Good luck, and hope to see you next year!
