Big 4 Vs Consulting

<p>How do these two jobs compare? In terms of work enviroment? Pay? Travel?</p>

<p>Do you need accounting undergrad to get into big 4 audit? Do you need managment undergrad to get into consulting?</p>

<p>What about transactional advisory at big four? How does that compare to IB? How hard is that to break into? Would you work in audit for a few years then go into transactional advisory?</p>

<p>Is that good prep for Bschool? and an eventual Ibanking job?</p>

<p>I dont get your question, the Big 4 are a group made of the top consulting firms themselves, not a different industry. </p>

<p>You dont need a management undergrad to get into consulting. Im not that familiar with TAS or audit, I cant help you there, but I guess accounting/finance degrees are the way to go.</p>
