BIG BIG TYPO OH MY GOD what sould I do?

I mistakenly typed "mathmatic" on my common app and I've submitted my apps to "every" school on my list. I know this is really stupid but please tell me what I can do to compensate for that. send them another copy of the page via paper?
please please help OMG I'm never gonna get it out of my head.

It is nothing. Do nothing. A spelling error like that on the app does not affect anything.

Actually, it’s a tiny tiny mistake  Don’t stress over it and don’t bother calling the adcoms. They will probably not even notice it!

Flipping out and doing that would only draw attention to the error. They’re not going to reject you for it. Don’t worry.

I will note, however, that putting quotes around something does not emphasize it. FYI.

Use the search function here and you’ll find the tale of a student who got into some top schools despite accidentally inserting the words “clam fart” into his essays.

He got into Yale. Read it. It’ll provide some hope.

My son had a couple typos in his essay. It seemed like a big deal at the time, but it wasn’t. He got into his dream school.

I agree with the advice to do nothing about this. Pestering a busy admissions office over a very minor typo would seem a little annoying, if not a little neurotic.
