big difference CR and M

I just got my SAT scores back:
CR 650
M 800
W 780

I am a junior in high school
I am a strong math student (Calc BC) and science student (physics B ap) and i am taking many AP/honors classes and getting straight A - A+. My average is between 96 and 97.

I do many extracurricula activites that I am passionate about:
Debate Team (some local awards and state qualify)
Math team (some local awards)
Research (some local awards and University summer research w/ mentor)

My SAT II:
BIO M 760
Chem 800

What are my chances at getting in to some top engineering programs (maybe at UPenn, Johns Hopkins, Cornell, Rice) especially considering the lower CR score? THanks

You should be in easily. For engineering programs, they will be looking more at your math score and science Sat2 scores. Don’t forget to take Math Level 2 Subject Sat.

I think you’ll be accepted by Johns Hopkins, Cornell, and Rice. You still have a 1450 with CR+M, which is above the average score for the mentioned schools. Plus, you have a pretty solid academic background. =]
