BIG dilemma!!

Hey guys well I'm a junior going on senior in September, and I'm planning to take my SAT in October and my subject tests in November. Problem is that the November SAT test is on the same day as my DECA (business competition) regionals..which I am heavily involved in. Pretty much if I don't go to regionals...I don't have a shot at going for Internationals which I plan to next year, and if I miss my November SAT date...well that poses another problem. Here are the SAT testing dates:

October 4 - will be mailed starting October 31
November 1 - will be mailed starting December 1
December 6 - will be mailed starting January 5

And I am applying to the following universities:
Columbia University
New York University
University of Pennsylvania
Dartmouth University
Yale University
University of Southern California
Boston University

Now, with the exception of Columbia, Yale and USC, the following universities require SAT reports to be received (through the mail) by January 1st.

So pretty much I just wanted anyone's thoughts regarding the issue and on what I should do. I also wanted to ask if anyone had their December SAT scores sent by the admissions deadline of January 1st for some universities and it was used. It is a very close call. As you can see it's a pretty huge dilemma since DECA is probably the most important thing to me as I have a leadership position in it, and I am heading towards a business background. Thanks for any help or comments in advance.

Almost all the schools will take the December SAT for admission; call the admission offices to confirm.

(PS. For most colleges, turning in an application late [a few days] is no big deal also [but it might leave some bad impressions] so do turn it in on time])

Alright..thanks for the input noobcake! Greatly appreciated. Any others???

Bump! Any other input is appreciated. Thanks!!

Check the websites.

For example,

NYU > Undergraduate Admissions > Applying for Admission > Freshman Applicants > Standardized Tests
I.e. December is fine.

I've yet to hear of a school that doesn't accept December scores. Some schools (e.g. Penn I believe) even accept January if you're retaking.

Almost all colleges post similar things on their websites as listed above. Check them out. Do you need to retake the SAT I? If your previous score was really okay and you just want to tweak it upwards, then take the Sat 2's in October and wait to retake the sat I in Dec.
