"Big envelope" from UCB?

<p>I was admitted to Berkeley two weeks ago, and am yet to get anything in the mail from them, as I did from the other UCs. I did get my financial aid award in the mail, though. Should I be expecting a "big envelope" from them? I think I remember someone getting one from them in the mail...</p>

<p>Yea I described what it looked like and what was inside a few weeks ago when another CC user asked if he was missing out on anything since he moved and didn’t update his mailing address in time. The envelope is similar in size to the other UC ones. I got it literally 3 days after we found out online.</p>

<p>I got it together with UCLA’s one, a week late, both wet from the rain :slight_smile:

<p>I got mine a couple days after being admitted. You’re not missing out on anything. It’s just a folder with little information. You also get a window decal for your car.</p>

<p>I got mine a few days after decisions as well. The window decal is sweeeeeeeet! And you get a hard copy of a congratulatory letter, which some people might find important, I guess.</p>

<p>The Cal decal looks a lot better than the UCLA one. I don’t like that stupid blue background that the UCLA one has, it makes it look really tacky, a clear border is a lot better!</p>

<p>i got both ucla and uc berkeley packets on may 1st, the day after decisions. I got a decal from both LA and Berkeley. Are you sure yours didn’t come with a decal? I thought i didn’t get one but it was like buried inside the folder.</p>

<p>I want to put the decal on my car but my car has those stupid lines on the window. :(</p>

<p>Every time I go through my backpack I find another one…My desk drawer is full of them…Lol i send them out for peoples birthdays, or friends who get accepted, or family. I have a goal to include one in every invitation to my graduation.</p>

<p>After reading this thread I was honestly more angry about not being able to find my cal sticker in the packet than being rejected by UCLA. After extensive searching, I finally found it and I think I will be able to sleep tonight. Thanks to whoever said it was stuck on the inside cover</p>

<p>hey grey, it said online that it was submitted that same day the online decisions were sent out. i received mine the next day in the mail… u can ask for one, but it doesnt have anything in it important. all the good stuff is online in your my berkeley app. nothing to return nor written info.</p>

<p>Jgee, that’s besides the point. When I received the letter, it was documented proof of my accomplishments and made me feel special inside, lol. I’m sure all of us felt the same way too. We worked so hard and having that envelope said it all. </p>

<p>Grey, what’s going on with USC? Will I be seeing you at CAL? I could always use another buddy at the football games.</p>
