<p>what's wrong with big gaps? as long as you don't have a job that requires you to be there for a long period of time, it's fine. i'd rather have no gaps or big gaps -- little gaps are the ones that annoy me the most, since there's very little that you can do in the space of an hour other than eat. (can't run to ralph's, can't take naps, can't do any worthwhile studying, etc)</p>
<p>I'm commuting and right now my schedule has an hour gap on two days or something like that. I'll be spending those days just studying at school before my next class starts or eat lunch. It is better to choose a professor that you'll learn from and actually enjoy the class rather than making your schedule perfect.</p>
