I have an online account and have registered online for the SAT many times with the same credit card but this time something happened. I got a message saying my credit card cannot be processed. Then I tried with another card and got the same message. I tried many times with many different cards until the deadline passed and discovered that my card was charged but my online registration still appears incomplete. Then I called Student Service and the woman told me that I am already registered and even gave me my registration number. The problem is that I can't see my january registration on my web account so I don't have admission ticket and obviously I can't print/update it... What if there is some mistake and I am not in the list when I go to the test center on Jan. 28? Should I be ready for standby? This is so annoying. Anyone in the same situation? I doubt it... Do you think my registration is going to appear on my web accout at some time?

Call CB and see if they can get it to appear in your account. If not, get them to mail you a paper ticket ASAP!

I sent them several e-mails but they said I should go as a standby and they would refund the standby fees if they discover that I've paid twice... That's so ridiculous, their stupid mistakes cost me so much worries. Do you think that a call would make any difference? Because I'm an international and every call is quite expensive. What is the number of collegeboard and what is ASAP?

As soon as possible, and collegeboard.com

Some countries no longer allow online registration so maybe the rules have changed for your country and the system is stopping you part way through - where are you from?

I am from Bulgaria but until November I had no problems.
I talked with a person from my bank recently and she told me that many other clients had the same problems with their credit cards in December. And you know what happened? Apparently there was something wrong with the website, because every time we've tried to register the corresponding fee was blocked in our accounts. They processed our cards several times but in the end we were still not registered... They didn't actually charged my card several times because they probably noticed something was wrong, but almost all my money are still blocked and I had huge problems with other payings.
