Big mistake on UC and Common App?

So my test scores are a 2080 SAT and a 33 ACT. However, I was an idiot and put both scores on my application. As I am now sending my scores, I noticed that 1) I'm about to waste a lot of money 2) my ACT score was much better than my SAT scores, and 3) my SAT score might just hurt me as they see that I got a low score on the SAT (it is for the colleges I am applying to.)

Is there anyway I can undo my actions, such as emailing the admissions over this? I really do not want to send my SAT 1 scores, but made the mistake of listing it on my applications.

Thanks!!

It depends on whether a college requires that you send score reports for all tests you’ve taken, most do not. If the school requires a score report for either the SAT or ACT, then you don’t have to send a SAT score report even though you listed them on your app.

Schools will consider your best score.

Admissions will place greater weight on the higher score, which is your ACT score.

Thanks!!!

So for the UC system, for example, I wrote both my SAT and ACT score on the app. So basically, its fine if I only send my ACT score and not my SAT?

The UC wording:

[University of California - The examination requirement](http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/freshman/requirements/examination-requirement/index.html)

Looks like you’re fine with just the ACT score report. But I’m not a UC expert, hopefully someone familiar with UC admissions will reply, or you could call and ask.
