For those of you accepted Ed, was your letter in a big or small envelope?

my friend got in, she said that it was a huge envelope with "WELCOME!" across the front

no too suspenseful eh?

yeah its a large "WELCOME" on the front in a big envelope
it's white and red however which is odd cuz WM's colors are green and yellow....

okay thanks a lot!

white and red? I hope this is not the first sign of the logo change.

any current WM students know what color their envelope was?

ya mine was white and red with welcome on it too. Im so happy I got in!

mine was white and red last year, don't worry

green and gold are here to stay

I always thought it'd be funny if someone in admissions played a sick joke and made it so people who got in to the college received a small envelope that started with something like "I'm sorry to inform you, but we ran out of big envelopes. Congratulations you got in." Or something along those lines.

macbwizard, thanks for the report!

vicious... I think that would be hilarious.

Yeah... while I have no doubt that we'll keep our colors, our feathers will vanish within the next couple of years. :'-(

yea... they might still sell stuff with the feathers, but I think the clothes with them are going away (I think the ruling only said they can't be on the field/court or uniforms, not on random pieces of clothing). The students can keep them if they want, but with each new class, it'll be students farther and farther away from the time when we had the feathers, and eventually there probably won't be any significant attachment to them any more.
