Big problem!

Well I am in a BIGG mess. As you know today's the last day to register for the SAT/SAT 2 January test date. Well there is still some time left but unfortunately the seats are full in my city's 2 test centers. I have 2 options. Be a standby candidate or use the "Let College Board find a test center for you" option in the registration and also pay the regular fee. What will be better. Please I need some answers quick. And I know what you will think... why the hell did this guy not apply early. But it was a mistake and now I need some help.
Thanks.

Please help people :(

Find a different test center. If you must take the tests at this date and you choose to standby, you are not guaranteed a seat and you may not be able to take the SAT. If you choose another test center, it will be farther but you will be guaranteed a test.

I am from Pakistan and every test center is full. Should I pay the fee and let College Board find me a test center??? Or should I appear as a stand by??? This was the last date for me :(

Assuming you have a way to get over to a somewhat far away testing center, I’d suggest letting College Board find you another test center, since you’re so desperate to take the SAT now. Otherwise, there’s no way you’d be guaranteed a spot.

Yes! CB found me a seat in a center nearest to my home lolx
