Big reach for me but few questions...

I know this is a huge reach school for me but just wondering if you guys think I have even a 10% chance? What are like the lowest stats you've ever heard getting in not counting URMs and athletes?

Would I be advantaged applying undecided or choosing a major in Liberal Arts? Or would it not really make a difference? I plan on sending it in this weekend so...

-Out of State
-Asian American (Indian) Female
-Attend competitive suburban high school
-GPA: 3.4 (However major upward trend...3.9 junior year second semester)
-Class Rank: Within top 50%
-ACT: 26
-SAT: 1850/2400 or 1170/1600
-Decent ECs (two jobs on record, something unique - was a teaching aid in a 5th grade classroom, 100 hours community service at a children's museum did advertising work as well as just general volunteer and a place where I put together bday packages for needy children in the area, lacrosse and speech team one year, some clubs here and there)
-Senior Courses: AP English Lit, AP Macro, AP Micro, AP Spanish, Calculus, Advertising, Horticulture
(Took AP English Lang and AP Psych junior year)

So yeah...your input would be highly appreciated.

Forgot to mention...my U of M GPA is about the same.
(And I believe they do but just wanted to clarify...classes like Psychology and Sociology do count under your U of M GPA right? It's only like Driver's Ed, Art, PE etc that you take out along with freshmen grades?)

Michigan is a pretty big reach with your stats. If you can retake the SAT's and score a 1350 and do get very good grades your first semester, you might have a chance.

Mich gpa includes soph and junior grades for these classes:
English, Math, Science, History, Social Sciences, Foreign Language, and Computer Programming
