Big SAT dilemma

So here's the situation. In May 2010 I took the reasoning test, got M 700 CR 740 W 750 (2190). Then I took 3 subject tests in October (Math 2 780, US History 800, Bio E 720). Just yesterday, Nov. 6, I took the reasoning again. I think with superscore I will get 2260-ish.

I've signed up to retake the Bio SAT in December, but now I don't know if I should just do the SAT 1 again instead. I already have 2 good subject tests (Math 2 and USH), so doing Bio again wouldn't really help me too much because 2 subject tests is all that colleges need anyway.

I'm applying Yale SCEA, so I know whatever I do from now on will have no effect on my early decision, but I might get deferred and obviously I'm applying to other schools RD.

Should I do the SAT 1 again, or should I go ahead with Bio?

Do you really think you’ve improved significantly over one month? Unless you think you’ve improved your score by a significant amount, it’s not recommended that you retake the SAT.
So if I were you, I’d take Bio.

First, you have no reason to take Bio again. 720 is OK and, besides, Yale and many that require IIs uses the two highest SAT IIs for admission. Moreover, your SAT is OK and if you improve as you suspect, you have no reason to take that test again.
