Bigger "Wow" Factor: Math 800 or Reading 800?

Title says it all.

they’re pretty much the same thing unless you have a college major in mind.

There both pretty “wow” congrats!

More people get the Math 800 rather than the Reading 800 so I would assume Reading 800 would be a bit more impressive (I got both btw)

If you only get a 800 in reading, does that still have a big wow factor? Other scores were in 650 to 680 range.

I would say reading would be a bigger wow factor! Maybe that’s just because I’m usually worse at it… Btw I got 800 in writing… haha I guess that’s not really as much of a wow factor but I’m still happy about it!

800 is great in writing. congrats!!!

I meant they’re* both really great (I’m guessing that you didn’t get the there, their, they’re question wrong, haha).

And any 800 is a “wow”-regardless of what section it is in-in my opinion

and we can hope in college admissions committees too!!!

hehe go reading 800!

Reading by far

how did u study the math from
wht book 1 june i have an exam.

I’d say 800 in CR is more impressive, but that may be because I think it is harder, while math comes naturally to me, and I got an 800. What I think is the most impressive though, is getting a perfect score in writing. Writing is already the section that the least amount of people get 800s on, but even then, when people get 800s, they either don’t get a 12 on the essay, but get all the multiple choice, or get a good essay score, but miss a multiple choice or two. So getting a perfect 80/80 raw score on writing as well as getting a 12 on the essay is by far the most impressive (but maybe that’s cause I got it :D)

CR at 760 is 99%, while for Math, it is 790. So it is much less people getting 800 in CR than in Math.

For me.
CRITICAL READING!

C’mon Bill! … it is much less people…? You must be pulling our collective legs. How about, “there are many fewer people…”

You cannot make a man by standing a sheep on its hind legs. But by standing a flock of sheep in that position you can make a crowd of men…
