Biggest mistake... now UPenn RD

they do have defer option.....

any more advises?

just relax is what i recommend. apply n see what happens n religion ain't gonna hurt ur app lol. If you write some good essays u should get in

wowser, do you have a sister?

mengcheng - no i don't (I was taken aback a bit ... just cuz the Q was kinda random), why do you ask?

meng is desperate for companionship

haha

ok so um a lot of people have commented on my What Are My Chances? thread and have said that Penn is math/reach for me.

but now, with apps due reallllly soon...

what strengths should I emphasize in my application and do you think it's okay on why Penn essay to maybe mention a Penn professor and say something along the lines of, "it would be an honor to futher my understanding of ________ under the guidance of professor _______ at Penn." (or was that too cheesy... I need help..)

thanks!

all i gotta say is thank god apps are done

ughh.... essay's done app's done... now i need to send test scores...

i'm taking sat again in jan.
should i send jan report after i send in app
or the old one when i send in app?

any help will be greatly appreciated!

Yes, Cornell does defer.. but very rarely. This means that you could tip the scale either way with your first semester senior year grades. My advice? Do amazingly well first semester and make sure that your mid-year report is flawless.

lol I sent in my 1st quarter grade to Cornell..
2nd quarter isn't looking flawless, but thanks I'll try.

Can anyone answer my SAT report question?
and what I should bring out in my Penn app?

thankx chaotic.
