<p>As the title suggests, I'm wondering if there are any problems with bike theft on campus. If not, is there much theft of any type on campus?

<p>Bike theft is somewhat of a problem, but if you get a good lock you'll be fine. Cable locks are vulnerable, but U-locks are good.</p>
<p>is it the students that steal the bikes?</p>
<p>Usually it's tough to pin down suspects for these thefts, but townies occasionally slip through campus and take bikes, not unlike any other college town.</p>
<p>I have left my bike unlocked for the past 2 months and it was still there when I last checked...</p>
