<p>Are there a lot of people that bring bikes to campus to get around from place to place? I know there are shuttles, but I like the idea of driving myself. Are there places to park a bike on campus?</p>

<p>there's lots of places to park bikes on campus, and lots of people have bikes. it's a very bike friendly campus. when i was there i was sad i didn't have mine with me even though i was only there three days.</p>
<p>Kind of an odd question, but where do people park their bikes in the winter when it's snowing outside or something?</p>
<p>Please just make sure you don't hit people...I got hit twice by bikers within a one week time span...did not make me happy!</p>

Each of the residence halls has bike racks that are pulled in under the overhang of the building, so they have some measure of protection from snow drifts (if there is no wind). If it's windy, forget it - bring a shovel downstairs with you.</p>
