<p>My son and his classmates got their assignments tonight. Son was posted to the USCGC Midgett, a high-endurance cutter based in Seattle. He is quite thrilled and looking forward to joining the ship after graduation.</p>
<p>That's a great assignment....I'm sure the Academy was buzzing last night!</p>
