For some reasons, the numbers on my account don’t match up. on one panel, it says that the amount i have to pay is $3700 and my total balance is $5700. But then on my billing statement, it says that i only have to pay $2800 and that my total balance of the financial aid given for fall quarter is $6600? (I rounded up these numbers) And also I filed a SHIP waiver AFTER the billing statement arrived, so do i still have to pay the exact amount on the bill, including the SHIP fee and get the refund later on?
This whole thing is a little confusing, can anyone help me so I can have a clear idea of what to do?

I'm confused with my bill too..

The statement says "Total Due" by Sept. 20th is $-2,262.84.. Then when I go onto "Recent Account Activity", it says my term balance is approx. $5,700. It says my financial aid balance is $5,138.00.. So does that mean I have to pay about $600-$500 per quarter..?

I also did the waiver for SHIP, and it shows up in my recent account activity page (-$267 from my balance)..

help please? can anyone help us with this bill?

@ PsychoticPenguin

The negative number means that you are getting more Financial Aid than you need for just Tuition/Fees. You will be able to use that 2,262 toward your fall quarter housing.

It's really confusing right now because the housing bill has not been put up yet.
