<p>Does anybody know when this comes out? I need to decide whether to sell stock now or later (because I was an idiot and didn't sell in the middle of June before we hit another stupid recession =[).</p>

<p>Does this mean we get the statement on September 12 and we have to pay by October 3rd?</p>
