Binding vs. Non-Binding Early Decision Admissions

I have a question... I wasn't 100% sure where to post it... UT Plan II has unbinding early admission.. It says you could apply to as many colleges as you wanted to early. I find that most other schools have policiies that say you may not apply to any other school early-admission.
However, what would other colleges, who DO have binding early admission, think??? It technically wouldn't matter, I suppose, because you could refuse UT. But would this be breaking the rules of colleges who say you can't apply to more than their school early? It almost seems not, because the reason those schools say that is in reference to other binding-admission schools, right? Confused....

I think you're talking about the Interim Decision for UT, which is unbinding. Early Decisions are binding.
