Please chance and i will definatley chance back!!!!

I think you’re a match for all of the listed universities except Cornell. You still have a decent shot at Cornell though and should definitely apply there. And I’m not so sure about John Hopkins either, but you’ll probably make it into most universities listed I think your only weakness is your GPA which isn’t stellar. Consider retaking the ACT and trying to get a 33+, which would help make up for your GPA. Please chance me back on my thread

I think all posted schools are a match except Cornell. Johns Hopkins and Washington University. Your EC’s are extensive, and your ACT scores are great. Obviously, your GPA is a tad low, but that’s made up for with your ACT scores. Also, attending a difficult high school wont hurt you in college admissions. I’m also applying to GW this year via ED. Best of luck.

NYU, Hopkins, Washington University, and Cornell seem to be reaches. In a more ideal world, your scores could be at least a 32, and your uw GPA closer to 3.6 or 3.7. However, if your overall course load was close to the best your school offers, it would add a lot more context to your slightly lower uw GPA for these schools. Nonetheless, go ahead and apply to these places. A few numbers usually will not handicap a candidate as motivated and driven as you are. Be sure to show them character through your essays, too! Good luck, and thanks for chancing me earlier!

You have a good chance for all of the schools you listed besides JHU, Washington University in St. Louis, and Cornell. Those three are a reach. Perhaps you can try to raise your ACT score just a bit. However, I think your dedication to soccer really shines through! I wish you the best of luck! (thanks for chancing me by the way ^^)

Johns Hopkins, Cornell, WashU and GW are all reaches in my opinion (you test scores are alright, especially for GW, its just your GPA that is bringing you down); hopefully your course rigor and school’s reputation will make up for it. I’d say the others are matches.

If you can relay your reasons for having a below par GPA (course load and whatnot), I think you have a good shot with solid recommendations and essays. Although Cornell, Washington in St. Louis and Johns Hopkins are basically difficult for all of their applicants, I think you have a chance at any of them.

OMG so sorry I didn’t get to this earlier - thanks for the chance!
