I'm taking Bio 1A/L next semester (I'll be a sophomore). Says the teachers are Forte, Fischer, Doudna, Meighan. The lab is taught by Meighan. I heard the grades for Bio 1A and the lab are slightly better for fall, but are these teachers a more difficult set? Any input would be great!!

Pretty normal teachers. I had Forte and Fischer, they weren’t horribly hard or anything. Bio 1A’s a good class.

Meighan has always taught Bio 1AL unfortunately and probably prides it too much to ever let anyone else near it.

Forte was terrible! He was that super old guy whom I thought might just keel over mid-lecture. (He taught the second part of the course right?) Didn’t like his test at all. Screwed my grade over.
Doudna apparently recycles questions? And Fischer was alright.
Bio 1al <3. Just do extremely well on your first midterm and go into cruise control. baha

so the consensus is that the class will be ok or bad? im taking it fall cause i thought it was supposed to be “slightly” easier then. if not then ill take it next semester

lol what are you looking for from us? honestly, the class will be just as hard or easy in the fall as in the spring. take it either semester and study hard. that’s it. you should be asking about or searching the forums for study tips rather than dumb questions like these.

alright cool, thanks c**k sniffer

np c*nt nugget. stop asking ■■■■■■ questions.

DURRRRRRRR I WILL TAKE THIS CLASS IN SPRING CUZ I HEARD IT IS SLIGHTLY HARDER IN THE FALL DURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. ****en idiot.

it doesnt take a "mech"rocket scientist to notice I said fall is easier

Either semester, it will ruin your life. That’s the truth and I haven’t even taken Bio 1A/L yet. These 3 posters who have responded are giving their past experiences, so don’t just throw it in their faces. Do you want them to encourage you to take it in the fall since its so much easier when they know that that is not the case? Just because you don’t get the response you like doesn’t mean its the wrong response.

you’re a witty one aren’t you
