I took both classes this spring semester, as did a lot of other people.</p>

<p>Based strictly on the difficulty of the material, Bio 1B is the probably the easiest. But it has a crappy curve and is pretty much a useless class for premeds.</p>
<p>And it’s funny, I keep hearing that Bio 1B is easier in the spring than in the fall, but looking at the exams, I can’t honestly say that’s true.</p>

<p>I’m a UGSI, so I’ve seen both the exams and the results for the exams.</p>
<p>Honestly, fall exams look easier. Carlson’s section is much easier than Feldman’s and even Power’s section seems easier than Resh’s.</p>

<p>You might want to drop by his office and see if they’ve already done the curving.</p>
<p>Edit: They determine the cutoff at the final GSI meeting. And since all GSI meetings are on Fridays and the last day of the semester is a Thursday, the cutoffs have probably been determined already. If you’re really curious, you can email your GSI and ask for your grades.</p>
