<p>A relative of mine , sharp girl, attempting to decide between Emory and Duke. I told her, right or wrong, to discount the academics and go for the best fit. Seek out the best experience, most fun, etc. She's motivated and I suspect will do well anywhere....I felt the difference in "quality" of profs, opportunities for research,etc. would be negligible.
