I'm considering taking the SAT Subject Test: Biology E in June. I'm a sophomore..is this a good/bad idea? I took a practice test & I did pretty well (without studying).. Is this one of the easier subject tests? Any study suggestions?

If you’re currently taking a Biology class, then yes its a good idea. Just buy a book (I used Princeton review) and study from now!

By the way- don’t be so sure you’ll be doing ecology… haha I remember when I took it I was SO sure I’d being “E”, but when I looked at the section as I was taking the test I tried to do the questions (yes I lost time --) and ended up switching to Molecular. It was easier to me on the day of the test even though I thought I would do better at ecology Oo (just a tip!)

Thanks, b0mb! Interesting… but I’m really bad with molecular bio, so I’m almost positive I will stay with ecology. Do you know if colleges look down on kids taking the Bio Subject Test b/c it seems really easy, or no?
