Bio major, 3.5 gpa

I have considered not applying this year only because I have not finished the organic chem prerequisites, but I do know that not all UC’s require all prereqs to be completed prior to transferring. I If decided, the UC’s I will apply to this year are UCSB, UCSD, UCR, and UCLA (ucla may be a long shot considering my gpa and ochem). I plan on using TAG for SB. What are my chances of getting accepted to these universities. Should I wait another year to complete ochem and raise my gpa (to possibly have a higher chance for acceptance)?

I’m posting again because I’m still unsure and need advice.

I would apply this year, if you do not get accepted into your choice UC’s, then plan another year at your CCC and take Organic Chem.
