I'm a bio major freshman and i went to the orientation few days ago and I couldn't get into Chem and lab class which is the most important for bio-majors. Is that really bad? So I'm on the waitlist now and I'm doing crashing.

Is it really bad if u dont take chem during first quarter?

What are the chances to get into chem class with crashing/waitlist?

I heard there is pass 3 on sep 17. Is chem class going to open on that day?

I'm really worried about my college life now..

I’m a bio major who hasn’t had their orientation. I don’t have answers to your questions but WOW what a huge problem!!! Now I’m worried. I feel like their are so many science majors left that need that class!!!

i also didnt get chem or chem lab
but when i went to schedule confirmation i asked the guy about it and he got me into the two classes
i wonder how many people did that lol

o and btw how do u kno wat your pass period is

Chill out. Coming in as a freshmen gives you 1000 ways to take your pre-major series. Not to mention Summer sessions can knock off 2 quarters in one. You will be fine if you don’t get in those classes the first quarter, but you might be able to, the lower division pre-major classes are usually huge and have room for crashers.

they told me that there would be pass 3 soon in sep
so the guy gave you the add code? he just put u into the class even tho it’s full?
you’re so luckyyyyyyyy! i still cant get into chem class and it’s frustrating.
