<p>this might sound really annoying but can somebody answer number 27 from the Princeton Review's 2009-2010 Edition Practice Test 2 please?</p>

<p>The question is "What fragments would be produced if the following plasmid were to be digested with EcoRI and HindIII to completion?" and it has a circle diagram</p>

<p>Are you supposed to cut the circle into three "pizza slice" looking things?
(i know it sounds stupid lol......i read the explanation but i wasn't sure how to picture it in my head)</p>

<p>Put a tick mark at each EcoRI and the HindIII. Start at the top EcoRI and trace the circumference of the circle…every time you reach a tick mark, you have a separate segment…Then just add the parts of the segments accordingly.</p>
