iight i have two TOTALY seperate questions (1st one is for my friend and 2nd one is for me)
if somebody takes SAT II bio and gets a certain grade (720 in this case) would retaking the test HARM him if he gets a lower grade (like lets say 690) or do colleges automaticaly look at the higher one?

and 2nd
if i already took Bio M (790) and retake it but this time take Bio E and assuming i got the same grade (790) would colleges look at it as TWO different SAT II's or not?...

PS: please DONT tell me "its going to waste your time , and u are better off doing another SAT" because i ve already heard that..and i am not really putting any extra effort to retake it..cause for certain reasons i am studying bio over the summer anyways ..lol.thanks

oh and is there a big diff between 790 and 800 in colleges?

its not worth retaking it in either case. and no a 790 and an 800 are like identical so dont worry about it. also they'll porbably wonder why u took the bio test twice becuz theres only a 20 question difference. so its basically the same test

well yea but thing is..imma study over the summer anyways + i am doing Enviromental science which is gonna help BIG TIME on the E section..(i ve heard from some ppl)..so then all i have to do is review the regular stuff (Cosidering the fact that most my mistakes were probably on the M section ) then i ll prob guarantee an 800 ...and i hafto go over bio over the summer anyways(even if i am not taking this)..because of certain things...(one of them being USABO but theres still other reasons)...so yea...

Oh and Btw can u please answer the first question (which was for my friend)

...if a person got a 720 and retakes the test and then gets a lower grade like a 690...would that look bad on college reports or would they automatically take the 'higher' grade...

depending on the college, but like SAT's they take the higher grade.
