<p>If I have no intentions of pursuing a science major, and I got a 610 on the Bio-M SAT II (because, frankly, I suck)... should I retake?</p>
<p>I'm considering schools like NYU, Northwestern, GWU, erm... yeah.</p>
<p>Are my chances killed by that?</p>

<p>Good question. I also do not intend to major in science, and have a chem SAT II score of 530, taken in the 9th grade under the insistence of my father. Does that kill my chances of entering a top university?</p>
<p>I don't think so. I've been glancing at some NYU'ers who got in with a lower bio score than mine. I think the key is taking 2-3 of your strongest subjects to balance it out.</p>
