Bio SAT II subject test

I’m a freshman and will be completing honors bio this year. I can’t take AP until senior year so I think this would be the best time to. I’d have to self-study some info, and so should I take the Bio subject test? I’d be taking bio M. Which prep book - Baron’s or Princeton Review/

My son also took biology honors in freshman.
He studied a bit using Barron’s but got 680 on the test.
He is not into STEM so it might work out better for you if you put a lot of effort into it.

My son took the SAT biology this month. Waiting for results in July . Anyone with feedback from their kids on how they did and whether test was easy or hard ?

I will be taking a Physics class for my freshmen year coming this fall. I was hoping to take the subject test and/or participating in the AAPT competition. Any recommendations for books?

I’m pretty sure the physics subject test combines info from ap physics 1 and 2 so idk if u should take it

subject tests are valuable as some selective colleges mandate 2 or 3.

@whoknowswhere25 That’s true, but I’m hoping to study for it using Princeton Review or Baron’s. It depends on how the school year goes of course. Thanks for your input.

Oh and does anyone know when to take the Math I test? Is it after pre-cal? How about the Math II?

@pearl0607 I got a 750 on the SAT and it was super easy.
