Just when I thought I was done with all my testing by June of junior year...turns out I have to take another SAT II test in December because darn Georgetown strongly recommends (hint..requires?) three. I have 800s in USH and Math II, I'm thinking that I should take a science one especially because it's my intended major.

I suck at physics, so it's either bio or chem. Unfortunately, while I'm taking both AP classes right now, I haven't taken the regular honors classes since freshman year (bio) and sophomore year (chem.) So I'll be rusty on everything we haven't covered yet this year as of early December. Given this, which subject test is maybe easier to prepare for and/or easier to take without everything being fresh? I'd like to get 750+ to support my other scores and my desire to go into science, if possible. Also, bio M or E, if that's what I take? I definitely am more interested in molecular bio, but is the ecology test easier? Last question, any good, quick review book or website recommendations? I don't probably have time to go through a giant PR book or Barron's or something, because of college apps and everything else, but some review, especially of stuff I haven't learned yet, would be very useful I'm sure. Thanks :)
