<p>This thread is for anyone who wants to share answers or ask questions about Rine's midterm, which I'm sure raped many (including me, of course).</p>

<p>For the bacterial stable integration of DNA question, did anyone else choose transformation? Or was it "all of the above"?</p>

  • of banana alleles per locus

  • transportation issue due to the RNA being assembled in the nucleolus while proteins get synthesized in the cytoplasm
  • processes that don’t directly involve base pairing</p>

<p>how did you feel about the practice tests/past exams? did you think those were easier and this one was particularly hard?</p>

<p>I put down those answers as well…hopefully they’re correct :confused: (for the second one I think it was about transporting proteins into the nucleus?)
I actually thought the past exams were less tricky…I second guessed a lot of my answers on this one.</p>
