Biochem at a California CC?

<p>Does anybody know which California community colleges offer Biochem? I am currently in the LA County but willing to drive around.</p>

<p>How about the Cal States' Open University?</p>

<p>I thought about taking it at UCLA extension but
1) it takes a whole year to complete the sequence (I only need a semester) and
2) I'm looking for a letter of recommendation; UCLA extension classes meet up only for a few hours a week. If this is the best option, then I'll get a letter from a different professor from a different course.</p>

<p>If the biochemistry course you are looking for is normally an upper division course, you won’t find it at a community college, since community colleges offer only lower division courses.</p>
