<p>Hey. I am interested in Biological/Biomolecular Engineering and I was wondering which schools have the best programs in these fields. I won't be making any major decisions based on these rankings, I am just curious. Thanks :]</p>
<p>If you believe US News, it is below. But, many of these programs are VERY new (Texas is just now graduating its first class) so I would not put too much weight on it. The number of BME grads has tripled in just a few years and will probably double again soon.</p>
<p>Keep in mind that unlike most engineering programs, more grads find they need a graduate degree to get a job. If you are thinking about med school, many do it, but keep in mind that med schools are looking for GPAs from 3.5 to 4.0, and engineering tends to push the GPA down.</p>
