After receiving scores, can people here guesstimate what the Bio curve was? I'm really curious b/c based on B's practice tests, checking w/ consolidated list here, and personal gauge, he considerably underperformed (got a 730 on real test, was getting 760 on Barron's,Sparknotes, & PR with 790 on official CB test in blue book).

Can anyone give their estimated raw score (e.g. 74 - 4wrong, 1omit), and then give their scaled score (e.g. 780)

raw - felt like about 76.25, -3, didn’t omit any, buuuut probs made some dumb mistakes…:/

got a 780 :(

EDIT: gotcha! still great score!

estimated raw: 77.75 1 wrong 1 omitted. Scaled Score: 790.

wow this curve sounds ridiculously harsh … ugh

^yeah thats what I thought when I got my score.

do you mean like a bad curve? Idk I took the M test and the curve was what I was expecting. I don’t feel like I shoulda got an 800.

well, I took the E and I’ve heard it curves harder?

well, typically your raw score of 78 yields an 800. in the official CB book, even a 77 yields an 800.

really? well if thats true then that sucks. But who knows, I could have gotten 2 wrong. I just know I have for sure one wrong and one omitted, everything else I thought was right, but could’ve been wrong. Will they tell us how many we got wrong when the detailed report comes out?

And I’m pretty sure that M is harder than E.

Yeah, do we get to see the ones we got wrong? because I really thought I only got one wrong…but I guess I made some careless mistakes to get a 780…

and I think E curves harder than M because it is considered not to be as hard

Yeah thats what I meant haha like E has less of a curve right? cause (assuming my estimations are right) if I got a 790 with a 78 raw score on M, then that would make the 790 on E a 79, but that seems too hard. Maybe it was just an easy test? Idk

^yeah that sounds right! and that might actually be the curve although it sounds WAAYY harsh!! cause I think I missed 3, tops. I thought I had just missed one until I saw my score! oh well…

EDIT: I probably made some dumb mistakes though haha;)

A 780 is still really good anywhere. Don’t get too bummed out. Ik its frustrating being so close to 800 though haha. I’d almost rather be like a 760 bc then a perfect wouldn’t have been close to possible but when you’re so close and it was within your reach it’s really disapointing.
