Biology, Literature, and -maybe- US History advice needed

Okay, guys, October is coming around and it will be my one and only time to take the SAT Subject Tests. I only had one shot to take the normal SAT too, and I didn't do too terribly bad, so I'm hoping it's the same. That being said, I would really like some help, because I am in a unique situation with my instruction in these classes.

Biology: I took AP Biology last year, buuut I took it online. Anyway, I got a 5 on the AP exam, and I will definitely want to take the SATII. My major concern is, should I do E or M? I went pretty in depth with M, but as it was at the beginning of last school year, it feels VERY long ago. On the other hand, my online class never got to E... We rushed through animal systems, and I learned most of that on my own, cramming. We never even touched on E, and I went through the AP test bs'ing those questions and essays. But I feel like E is very easy to learn quickly.. Either way, I'm going to have to relearn a lot, since I've forgotten most of it. So, which should I opt for, E or M?

Literature: Okay, I never actually took an AP Lit class, and my english classes have been below par. However, I love reading and have read so much in my spare time. Plus, I got an 800 on the SAT critical reading section, so I figure I should take this. I know it's way harder than that section, but it's honestly one of the only other tests I have a chance at doing well on. So I pretty much have to take it, and I was mostly wondering if there are any really good study guide books for it, and also what is the best way to go about studying for it?

US History: I would really rather not take this test.. But, I've heard it's better to have 3 tests rather than 2.. Anyway, I took AP USH last year, I got a 5 on the exam. Not sure how, because my teacher sucked, and we really only touched on WWII, and didn't get through it, much less past it. Anyway, I don't remember much of what I'd learned, but if I had to, I could probably relearn it pretty well in the next two months.

Anyway, for a taste of the sorta scores I'm aiming for, my dream is to get into University of Pennsylvania (Penn, fellas). My second choice is University of Virginia (I'm in-state). Thank you guys if you actually took the time to read this!

For Literature, I actually don’t remember what prep book I used. I’m really an “English-type” person, so when I prepped for it, I thought that the SAT II was exactly like the CR portion of the SAT. If you read a LOT and are good at understanding texts that may seem outdated, then you’ll be fine. It wasn’t until my friend tried prepping that he was like “You lied to me! This is like 10x harder than the CR section!” I guess I didn’t realize it because I’m really good at English?

Anyway, you’ll definitely need a prep book to go over the literary terms. Most book will usually have a list of terms you need to know for the test. (Some of the words I had never seen before and have never seen since.) Make sure to know them, and get lots of practice. I ended up with a 780 after barely prepping. I don’t know about the other tests. Good luck!
