How hard would a bachelors degree in biology from Virginia Tech or JMU be to obtain?

This is kind of a ridiculous question. How would someone even answer this without knowing what you conisder hard? Or you know what I or someone else considers hard? It depends how smart you are. If you took AP bio in high school and thought it was easy then it might not be too bad in comparison to other majors. Biology isn’t known for being a really tough major but I don’t go VA Tech or JMU. So…probably hard but not overwhelming?

Which colleges have good biology programs ??

I don’t believe there is a comprehensive ranking system for undergraduate biology, there is for graduate school though.

Here are the graduate school rankings from US News, these don’t completely apply because you can get a good education in biology from many LACs. I’ll supply you with the list anyways:

1 Stanford University Stanford, CA
2 Massachusetts Institute of Technology Cambridge, MA
2 University of California–Berkeley Berkeley, CA

Virginia Tech is #77 (in case you were wondering but I don’t know what JMU stands for so I couldn’t look it up), but that doesn’t mean you can’t get a good undergrad education there. This is purely for graduate schools.
