Biology minor

Does anyone know if AP credit will satisfy the requirement for one freshman level biology for a biology MINOR?

"Students will complete 12 to 15 credits by taking either (1) all three biology core course requirements (listed below) or (2) two of the biology core course requirements and 5 or more biology credits chosen from the lists of approved concentration courses or other courses of significant biology content or (3) Complete at least 13 credits in biology at the 2000-level or higher selected from the list of approved concentration courses or other courses of significant biology content. The core courses (Biochemistry, Evolution, and Genetics) may be used toward these 13 credits. Courses selected for both Options 2 and 3 must be approved by an academic advisor in the Office of Undergraduate Biology.

Biology core courses:

Biochemistry: BIOMG 3300, 3310–3320, 3330, or 3350; one year of general chemistry and organic chemistry lecture (CHEM 1570 or 3570–3580) are prerequisites
Evolutionary Biology and Diversity: BIOEE 1780 or BIOSM 1780
Genetics and Genomics: BIOMG 2810"

It’s not core, it’s not one of the approved concentration courses, and it’s not 2000-level or higher, so I don’t think so.

Don’t expect too much from your AP credits.
I had ~30 AP credits and I basically had to forfeit them all.
Such a scam…
